webCENTER™ - IT OPERATIONS DASHBOARD AND DECISION ASSIST Customers can access their performance information through a real-time, secure web-portal, the webCENTER™. Essentially, it is an IT operations dashboard that provides each customer with customizable views into the performance of each infrastructure domain under management by the EOC. webCENTER™ delivers powerful analytical and reporting capabilities to the customer’s desktop including:

• Aggregated infrastructure availability.
• Specific views into domain availability – e.g. WAN, LAN, Servers, Applications, Security (firewalls, IDS, etc.).
• Scheduled changes; real-time status for all active change tickets, drill-down capability for change ticket details.
• Trouble tickets actively managed by severity level with real-time status and drill down capabilities.
• Mean Time To Respond and Meantime To Repair by problem severity. webCENTER™ reporting also enables precise drill-downs by interface when more detailed analysis is required.
Customers can quickly access comprehensive data analytics and reports including: Daily, monthly and historical (12 months) availability reporting for:
• Network devices and interfaces, servers, applications and security
• Over- and under-utilization reports for:> Server CPU, memory and storage
• WAN capacity utilization by device and interface
• Volumetrics by device and interface

Through webCenter, the customer’s IT staff have immediate access to a current, accurate and comprehensive database of configuration specifics for all their managed infrastructure devices. This information is the foundation of the infrastructure mapping, monitoring and incident response systems, providing fingertip access to inventory specifics such as hardware, software, device location, carrier circuit and contact information. The inventory and configuration database is integrated with automated processes that drive efficient change and incident management. webCENTER™ offers intelligent visibility into all remote IT operations activities and a measurement of performance for those activities.
